With a background in healthcare administration and a deep commitment to ensuring every patient receives top-notch care, I play a vital role in our team. My keen attention to detail and compassionate approach helps me coordinate seamless experiences for our patients. From managing appointments to facilitating communication between patients and providers, I ensure our practice operates smoothly and efficiently. I'm dedicated to upholding our mission of providing very thoughtful and deliberate mental health care to those in need. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I am a Dual-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of extensive nursing experience. I am an ADHD specialist and ADHD psychologist serving patients virtually in Texas, Colorado, Iowa, Florida, and Delaware. My philosophy is “people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care” (Theodore Roosevelt). I'm passionate about delivering compassionate care to patients dealing with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. I understand that different experiences through a patient's life journey can contribute to mental health issues. As such, I obtain detailed psychiatric history and work with patients to create a customized treatment plan.
